The Challenge

With a range of early education options available, Farmington Public Schools set out to clearly communicate the value of their Kindergarten and Young 5s programs. The goal was to reach families early in their school decision-making process and highlight FPS as a place where children feel supported, engaged, and excited to learn.

The Goal

Create a welcoming, informative campaign that would connect with local families and inspire confidence in the FPS approach to early learning. The message needed to reinforce that FPS classrooms are not only academically strong but also nurturing environments where children begin building the skills and curiosity they’ll carry through their entire educational journey.

The Approach

  • Targeted ads reached families with young children, delivering key messages about FPS’s early learning philosophy and enrollment information.

  • Personalized postcards landed in local mailboxes, providing a tangible and accessible way for parents to learn more about the programs and how to enroll.

  • We shared real classroom moments—photos of students learning through play, exploring together, and building friendships—to help parents visualize their child’s first school experience.

  • Updated Kindergarten and Young 5s pages offered clear program descriptions, easy navigation, and direct access to enrollment tools.

  • Teachers and school staff were invited to participate by submitting classroom photos and spreading the word to families in their communities—bringing an authentic, grassroots energy to the campaign.

The Results

While enrollment data is still being collected, early indicators show strong engagement and interest from local families. This campaign helped Farmington Public Schools not only build awareness, but also strengthen connections with their community—ensuring more children start their learning journey in a place designed to help them thrive.
